苟明月,博士,教授,博士生导师,河南省特聘教授。
现任十大信誉游戏平台作物基因组与分子育种中心主任、国家玉米改良(郑州)分中心副主任。
主要开展玉米抗病(逆)机制、细胞壁形成机制及分子育种研究工作。
发现CPR30/CPR1、SIZ1、BON1-HSC70等基因或蛋白复合体参与植物抗病防御反应调控的新机制;
发现MSBPs、CB5D、KFBs、MYB107等参与植物细胞壁合成调控的新基因,并阐明了这些基因介导的木质素和木栓质合成酶代谢区室复合体形成、电子传递、泛素化修饰与降解、转录调控等机制;在玉米广谱抗病性及南方锈病抗性研究中取得重要进展。在Nature Plants、Plant Cell、Plant Physiology、Plant Journal、The Crop Journal等期刊以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表论文14篇,在Nature Communications、 Nature Genetics等期刊合作发表论文10篇,获国家发明专利1项;研究成果被Science Daily等媒体报道,论文被引用1400余次(谷歌学术);担任Plant Cell、Plant Physiology、Journal of Experimental Botany等10余个植物学期刊审稿人;2018年至今先后获得河南省特聘教授、“中原千人计划”青年拔尖人才、河南省高层次人才、河南省杰出青年科学基金获得者等荣誉。
